  DRESS APPROPRIATELY

         TYPE A (Formal Corporate Attire)


Corporate attire is worn during official functions, presentations, client meetings, or formal days. It reflects professionalism and helps create a presentable image, especially in formal or external activities.


For males:  polo shirt with slacks and black shoes.
For females:   blouse with skirt/slacks, or a corporate dress with closed shoes, The purpose of corporate attire is to maintain a  neat and professional appearance, which is essential in building confidence and establishing credibility in the workplace.

    TYPE B(Casual/Practical attire)

This attire is usually worn during regular office days, minor events, or activities that do not require formal dress. It provides a balance of comfort and professionalism, while still maintaining a neat and respectable appearance 

Usually includes:

  • Polo shirt or T-shirt with the school/department logo

  • Slacks, khakis, or sometimes jeans (depending on the rules)

  • Closed shoes such as rubber shoes or flats, depending on the activity

BE PUNCTUAL

Arrive on time and be respectful of your supervisor’s time. If you are going to be late or absent, communicate this as soon as possible.



DON'T BE ON YOUR PHONE

Stay off your phone during work hours. It’s distracting and can make you look unprofessional.





DON'T GOSSIP

Avoid gossiping or talking negatively about colleagues. It can create a toxic work environment and damage your reputation.
